What is the best Evo order for the habilities? Sometimes i feel the R is not so good instead i evo E after the W but i don't know

Q, W, E in order most of the time... If you can scale well, you reach lvl16 for e in time abyways, but w is much better since it is both deffensive and offemsive layer, also you can save your mates with the slow it provides. Q first for maximum damage and huge clearspeed boost. Clearing your jg all the time, and when its empty, you want to find gank options or any objective.
