私が間違えてckのバージョンを上げてしまったため、現行最新(20200802現在)の日本語版だと動きません。
最新英語版日本語化を使う、Version Check Patcherを使う、fo4Editでespのヘッダーの1を0.95にするなどの対応が必要です。

Literally most amazing creature mod either way would love a stand-alone creatures pack that would be nuts
やはりInterior cellなりWorld cellがあると、Mod製作者の意図や世界観が伝わり易くてよいですね。
FO4の洞窟系アセットはTES5に比べて極端に少ないので、苦労したかと思います。
私はローカルで使ってるダンジョンModに、ビルディング系アセット2/3、洞窟系アセット1/3くらいの割合で使ってます。
FO4はenbが無くてもInterior cellにて、結構よい見た目を醸し出してくれるので、World cellもInterior cellも作り甲斐がありました。
ただVendor NPCやFollower NPCの設定が良く分からず、Interior cellにて地下街を作った割に、無味乾燥な街となってしまった覚えがあります。
