    Hello po! Thank you for sharing your buro recipe.. di ko akalain na magagawa ko itong buro at napaka sarap talaga😊 yung unang gawa ko nagkaron ng uod kasi hindi ko nasecure ang garapon pero yung second time kong nagawa perfect na. Hindi mabaho at tamang tama lang ang asim. Perfect sa pritong isda, talong at mustasa. Kailangan malinis na malinis ang isda, walang dugo. wag kakalimutan bisitahin at galawin araw araw para hindi magka amag at isecure mabuti ang garapon. Maraming salamat po ulit! God bless

    Wow at last may nakita din ako na gawang nueva ecija na buro na miss ko gawa ng auntie from san leonardo gusto yang buro na may angkak bata pa kc ako noon nakikita ko sya gumawa pro ngaun di ko na alam salamat din kabayan ngaun ko lang nalaman ang english ng angkak hahanap ako sa chinese store sa lugar ko... may nakita ako sa Amazon dito sa US

    This is exactly how my grandmother use to make buro when I was growing up in Gapan. Your method brings back a lot of memories. You also remind me of my high school teacher Miss Bagaybagayan our Physics teacher in high school. Well done Abay. I am now hooked to your channel.

      Hello po, ang English po ng angkak is red rice yeast or penetrated rice. Nakaka laway naman talaga pag kilala mo ang buro, salamat sa panunuod 😊

      Hi! Pag po kasi niluto na yung buro natutunaw na yung isda minsan pati tinik nalulusaw na din or kung Hindi man malusaw ang tinik lalambot na sya at pwede mo na rin kainin. Salamat 😊

      Hello! Yung tilapia po or ibang isda na nilalagay pag niluto po ay natutunaw na lalo pa at sinangkutsang mabuti. Minsan ang makikita mo na lang ay yung tinik ng isda kung malaki ito pero malambot na sya kaya pwede na din kainin. Salamat

      Jakepogi Alfaro hello po! Ang angkak po ay tinatawag na fermented rice or red yeast rice in English. Is a traditional Chinese medicine na ginagamit ng Bulacan at Nueva Ecija sa paggawa ng burong isda. Tumutulong ito para umasim, mag add ng color at flavor sa burong isda. Salamat po 😊

    Ate ang misis ko po ay taga Bantug NE. Thank you po sa video na to. Nagpabili po ako ng angkak sa Pinas at gumawa agad ako ng burong tilapia. Yung frozen po ginamit ko. After 7 days po ay maasim at maganda naman po amoy kaya lang eh matigas pa rin po ang tinik ng tilapia. Akala ko po ay mayutunaw ang isda at tinik. Tama po ba yon.

      Gaano po kalaki ang tilapia, yun po kasing ginawa ko na nasa video ay sobrang laki at grabe ang tigas ng tinik. Pero nung niluto ko po at sinangkutsang mabuti nalusaw ang laman pero ang tinik ay hindi pero lumanbot lang sya at hindi ka naman matitinik pag kinain. Kaya po nung gumawa ulit ako at hito naman ang isdang ginamit ko eh inalis ko na ang tinik kasi sobrang laki din ng hito dito. Kung malilit lang isdang gagamitin eh talagang malulusaw lang ang tinik. Salamat po

      Hello po! Hindi po pwede ang malagkit kasi masyado malambot at sticky, mas maganda nga kung buhaghag ang bigas mo. Yes pwede po kung gusto nyo mas marami ang isda or kung anong klase ng isda ang gusto nyo gamitin. Ang shelf life po ng buro, basta nakuha mo na yung tamang asim na gusto mo pwede mo na sya ilagay sa individual container at ilagay sa freezer kahit 6 months pwede mo pa sya makain. Salamat

      Dahil masyado malaki yung tilapia hindi nalulusaw pag niluto kahit sangkutsahing mabuti, pero lumambot naman. Mas maganda kung hindi na isasama ang ulo pag sobrang laki ng isda. Dito po sa America pag malamig ang panahon inaabot ako ng 3 weeks bago umasim ang buro pero pag summer mga 10 days lang okay na.

      Amanda04 hello po! The day after po magawa ang buro pwede na I-press daily or every 2 days. Kung nasa Pilipinas po kayo 5 days lang maasim na ang buro kasi depende po sa climate, humid po kasi at mainit sa Pilipinas kaya mas mabilis umasim. Dito po kasi sa US, mainit nga ngayon dahil summer pero dry po dito kahit mainit hindi ka papawisan. Ako po tinitikman ko ang buro kahit hilaw pa, maliinis naman po kasi ang gawa ko at halos luto na ang mga ingredients. Magtanong lang po kayo kung May gusto pa kayo malaman. Salamat po😊

    Di ko pa nasubukan na gumawa ng burong isda., kasi di ko pa.alam kung saan binibili ang angkak. Sa palagay ko mas masarap ang gawa mo dahil may kasama na.bawang ang pagluto mo ng sinaing . At igigisa pa uli sa bawang ,kaya magiging malasa at mas masarap. Thank you sa mga tips mo .ateng.

      Ano yung white? Kagagawa lang ba? Ay yun yung white sa ibabaw, okay lang yon. Yun ang nagiging itsura pag napeperment na. Press mo lang every day para bumaba yung white na yon. Okay lang kung hindi masyado basa, depende yon sa klase ng rice na ginamit mo. Anyway, pag niluto mo naman yan ay lalagyan mo ng tubig
