      He mentions it a few times in different videos! Being 6'7 can make space feel smaller haha! Thank you so much! We love to hear that.

    What a brilliant job they did with the lighting, the rolling window/wall. view though is the killjoy. One question though, do Lofts come only in a letter box format, some more natural light, ventilation maybe.

      I think they did a cool job too. The view is a little less desirable, but you are close to some great amenities in the area.

    I'm wondering how the constructions are like in Vancouver when it comes to apartments, condos, studio apartments etc. specifically sound proof walls and floors.

    Like the kitchen, I don't think you can get 2 people in that bathtub though
    No balcony for hot tub and bbq, no deal

    Where's the 2nd bedroom?

    • @gusacooper
      @gusacooper 3 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      It’s across from the main bedroom, where the small couch is with the books on the wall. Vancouver real estate is known for dividing rooms with closet doors (regardless of the cost) and calling it a bedroom. It’s not the most appealing, but that’s just me. I consider this a big studio and not a 2 bedroom.

      @@gusacooper You got it! It can be a small second bedroom, maybe like a nursery?

    As weird as it sound I would suggest bringing in a second person to shoot B-roll with that is an average height (5’7-6’1) this apartment felt really cramped and small, I realize that’s a visual trick due to the hosts size but for smaller places like this having the first impression not be “claustrophobic” is important, especially with a 2 mil asking price.

      Thanks for your feedback, We've explored the second camera person as an option before. Hopefully in the future we can do that again.

    Very nice, but too expensive for the space.

      Totally fair! It's not for everyone.
