beautiful place but honestly $6M seems too high... the indoor living space is very functional and livable but doesn't scream extravagant in any way to justify (in my mind) $2000~ / sqft. what do I know though, aside from the fact that I can't afford it 😅

This is perfect for me.
Nice penthouse condo. I actually like all the fixtures and the layout. And that rooftop deck area is an entirely new living space. Like most things here in Vancouver, it's very expensive a 6mil but I'm not surprised.
I always enjoy seeing Nina present a home as she does a wonderful job.
Now, we just need to figure out why she keeps forgetting the bathrooms. 😄

Nicely done condo, but for that kind of money a beautiful unobstructed view waterfront condo in Coal Harbour would be a much wiser purchase if you had the money. This condo is on Davie Street, which is evolving but still a little rough around the edges. Not to mention you’re so close to another building peering into you.
Valid points but some people prefer the liveliness of the West End to Coal Harbour. Plus this is brand new and did you see the rooftop patio? 😎✌🏽

It’s super cozy, but the location isn’t great, and it’s over priced. You could get a way nicer place with a better view and location for that price. This place probably should be listed at 4 million. That might even be too high.
6M Bellevue in west van is a more luxury experience IMHO
