The reason there's so much juice and moisture in the chicken breast is that it's not fried in a regular fryer... it's actually fried in like a cross between a _pressure cooker_ and a _deep fat fryer_ - it keeps the chicken super super moist and delicious. The runoff was probably just steam that condensed on the inside of the lid of the box, not chicken grease. You could see the amount of steam when you broke apart the breast. Spicing of the batter is also top notch I have to say

Just got back from Dublin. Loved trying Supermacs on O'Connell St. Your videos popped it on my radar. Chips curry sauce and cheese on point. Went for the triple burger. Amazing.
I came in thinking 'not again!' and within 30 seconds I was itching to know. Quite the ringmaster!

When I was in Galway City I had possibly the best cheeseburger I ever had and it was from BurgerStory. It's located at 1 Quay Lane. It's not a fast food like a Super Macs or McDondald's but it is more of a quick service restaurant.

It’s not the origin of Supermacs, Ballinasloe is. We got 3 of them in our town, we used to have 4, it was called Macs diner 😅😂

The first deserved being labelled terrible, the second was a little better than just good, but this one looked really good.
The breast looked very moist and tender, but the amount of run off was not good to see. I'd guess it was taken out of cooker just a little too soon and packaged without giving it a more proper draining.
Regarding the server and confusion, I think that was a little harsh, but you did say a chocolate milk shake twice, and I don't like the upselling attempt from the one piece of chicken.
I love a supermacs their taco fries are top after a few pints.
Herons in Co Down serve the same type of chicken all the farmer boys line up outside the door for it but the city boys go across the road for the dry KFC.

Man doing food reviews you should know good chicken is suppose to be juicy... Never met anyone who complains that their chicken is too moist.
Super Macs is absolutely stinking! Never had a decent feed in it ever, its cheap low quality shite guys, been it twice and that was 2 times top many, shit hole
