@@lebohangmohapi8605 there isn’t. Look into anthropology and biology. Biologically speaking, Blackness is melanin which is a matter of genetics. Ultimately it was indicative of the climate. early Homo sapiens started in Africa & later migrated to Europe and Asia (colder climates less melanin) and are known as Neanderthals. I want to emphasize that though we originated in Africa it doesn’t mean “the first human was black”. The first human was not racialized AT ALL because there is no race. The early Homo sapiens differentiated themselves based on their culture, practices, and traditions.

I suspect that as an economist Loury still supports Reagan but that doesn't mean he agrees with all aspects of Reagan.
