My son was murdered and shot 4 times by his neighbor. My son was bringing his two children to kindergarten. They were in the car. My son was waiting for the neighbor to move his car so he could back down the steep, icy driveway. The neighbor finally moved his car forward and My son Christopher was able to back down the hill. His girlfriend stayed home as she was pregnant and tired but she was initially going to bring them that day but didn't. As Christopher was backing down the steep driveway, the neighbor starts waving his hands and following my son's car on foot while yelling something at my son's car. My son gave the car some gas to get it up the hill and bumped in to the neighbors car/suv, he hit it lightly but the snow on the neighbors car fell off the car. Christopher had the brakes on and slid into a metal rail partition in the driveway and damaged his own car by skidding into partition. My son's car was sideways and was on the verge of going over onto the a 4 foot drop off his driveway. He got out of the car stood near the door of his car and looked at his children to make sure they were all right The guy's girlfriend let's call her L, says he's got a knife and told her boyfriend to get the gun. He leaves his girlfriend out side she walks over to my son, he comes out with the gun walks over to my son, my son asked are you going to shoot me? Are you going to kill me? He shoots the guy into the car with the 2 children and kills my son. My granddaughter asked did he kill my daddy, is he going to the hospital to fix him? My son Christopher was shot 4 times and one of the bullets went into the carseat an inch and a half over my grandsons head. A woman got the kid's out of the car,and said the girlfriend was video tapping my son dead on the ground and telling him and taunting him by the witness that got the kids out. It will be 1 year February 3rd 2024 that my son was murdered here in New Hampshire. The murderer claimed self defense, there were many suppression hearings, things they didn't want the jury to know. Saying that the Marander rights were not read in Spanish. So the police statements were withheld. Eight things were not to be mentioned. The murderer was charged with second degree murder, Manslaughter and two counts of reckless conduct with a deadly weapon. The jury here in NH was coerced by the defense team, that they would loose their weapons if they found this guy guilty. He got nothing No second degree, no Manslaughter no reckless. He is free as a 🐦 My son was a good man
