Halo Reach: Exodus

After falling from orbit, Noble Six makes the long trek back to civilization. He arrives at the besieged city of New Alexandria. After making his way through some buildings, he meets up with a group of marines, who are helping civilians escape. After helping take out the Covenant in their way, he is picked up by a Falcon and taken to a beach front across from the starport. Here he helps marines get to missile batteries and activate them. Once he kills all the hostile enemies, the missiles are launched which allows the civilian transports the escape the city. Six is then contacted by a familiar voice...

I like this mission cos it shows Noble Six’s Independence, cos for the last 5 missions he’s been with at least one team member, and I also like how Noble Six randomly finds his way to New Alexandria and after helping marines escape he finds out the rest of Noble Team are conveniently there lol

They probably picked up his location when he hit the ground and came to the conclusion that he’ll head over to New Alexandria

I feel like New Alexandria is a major city that the covenant decided to attack and the UNSC diverted a majority of their nearby forces to protect it. at least that’s how i explain it

I believe Noble was in another city. This appears to be a coastline city, while New Alexandria is a large metropolitan city and from how Jun described it, Reach's Capitol.

This is because bungie originally planned for the tac pad to be on noble six as default. He was essentially looking at a compass

8:20 Best dialogue/music combo during the mission, imo. The theme’s hyping you up to tackle the near-impossible odds you’ve just been told of over the radio…and then you see what triage has in store when you exit the elevator.

There’s just this beauty in the disparity of the civilian transport getting shot down and the SGTMJ’s call on sending S&R birds. Very powerful moment where disparity hits you right in the gut.
