had this happen to me once in portable, while I was afk he spawned and had already killed 2 of my party members by the time I got back, luckily in that game a shadow can attack a party member without dragging you into the battle so I just waited for it to finish off my last one and then I teleported out of there lmao

This happened to me a few days ago while playing P3Fes. I just left the game alone for a bit, and returned to my entire party dead except the MC.
