Always wanted to play Scrapland, it just looked so cool. More maybe not hidden gems to recommend, Darkwatch, The Suffering, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, The Punisher, and Fatal Frame 2. Actual hidden gems, Evil Dead A Fistful of Boomstick and Whacked! Great games that are all playable on the Xbox 360.
Xyanide, Phantom Dust, Quantum Redshift, and Blowout are my overlooked games recommendations. Scrapland looks cool; the way you describe it reminds me of Shadowrun on the Genesis.
Marvel vs Capcom 2 was best played with the Xbox S-controller or the Pelican Edge s-controller, both were excellent for team destroying button mashing.😵💫
I had a heated debate in a facebook fighting game group a few yrs ago with a some weirdos. Because they didnt believe that MvsC 2 got released on the oeogibal Xbox. To my surprise Many ps2 and fgc marks don't know that MVSC got released on the original X box. I had to take a photo of my copy of the game and post it in the group. And post a link to the games wiki to prove the Xbox version exists.
There is a very well known issue with og xbox and you need to replace all of the capacitors bc they buldge and leak onto the motherboard and cause corrosion over time, if you replace all the caps you will be able to play and enjoy the console for years

I still never tried redshift yet but the others are good 👍. Mark my words Scrapland will get a remaster. It’s too good not to.
I always wished I had an original Xbox. I wanted to play Spider-Man 2 on it, which is the best looking version. Also Jet Set Radio Future

you made a good point about how if a game was on xbox and ps2, the xbox version probably played better. Its also usually cheaper on the xbox, too

My only problem with the original Xbox and this is a BIG problem. I can't find one that lasts longer than a few months. I've had 3 die on me already.
Sadly I lost no fewer than 12 Xbox’s already. I had the best lan party’s 😀

@@VintageGameZ I bought one off eBay that someone replaced them put in a 4 TB hard drive with all the games and 128 RAM plus a bunch of emulators.
Scarface is my favorite game on the original Xbox. It is better then GTA
