Especially since it's practically a whole new world that they could expand on infinitely. Imagine how cool it would be to see what a future flash would be like (in dept). Terry and his future world had endless possibilities with world building and the stories it could tell and DC instead of utilizing it, decided to instead drop it.
i remember first seeing spiderman 2099 and batman beyond, these futuristic versions went so hard. From the fit designs to the character themselves, being mature/experienced in a way because their universes r more serious, making them different from their original characters.
I hope some day they make a movie about Terry McGinnis Batman beyond and Miguel O'Hara spider man 2099but are solo movies and have their own story that be so cool.and legendary.
