This instant version of the traditional Khaman is also known as Nylon Khaman and is vegan, protein-rich, and delicious! This chickpea flour cake from Gujarati cuisine is lightly sweet, tangy, and perfect for breakfast or a snack with a side of spicy green chutney and tangy tamarind chutney.
