    Malcolm was the best sitcom of the early 2000s, hands down. If you've never watched it, you should. The entire cast was brilliant.

      Yep I do NOT watch TV other than news and documentaries, rarely stuff outside of that. Malcolm in the Middle rates right up there with That 70s Show and THE show when I was in my teens, Miami Vice. Frankie sounds well balanced and like he is a decent person. Good for him.

    Frankie's description of old memories being hard to distinguish reality from dreams is, I think one of the most self aware things that a person can say. There are so many problems caused by people acting as if their memories were perfect imprints of reality

    • @rh840
      @rh840 2 ปีที่แล้ว +44

      To add onto David's comment, when you remember some shit that happened you're really only referring to the last time you tried to remember it, and your brain doesn't actually recount the actual event. Idk if this works for traumatic experiences, but seems plausible to me. (I'm not an expert, honestly I'm just some dumbass repeating shit smart people told me once, like doctors and eggheads of the like).

      @@swagmcgee920 Aw Man! Really? I haven't watched Steve-O's videos in a while but I remember the last comment I left him. He wouldn't let his guest talk and he kept trying to steer the conversation towards something. Can't remember what it even was or even who he was talking to but I remember it was a guy whose story I wanted to listen to. Steve-O kept interrupting him to tell the guest his OWN story. It was SO annoying.
      He was like, "Hey, (guests name) tell everyone about the time....." and would launch into the guests story and ruining all the best parts! I wish I could remember who it was.

We don't need supermodel women and action hero type men on a show to want to watch it. Just like with Rosanne when the characters are relatable it often is more successful show over star power and good looks. Malcom in the middle cast were mostly no name actors before the show.

      I re-watched the show on Hulu again during last year lockdown and it was definitely a walking down the teenage nostalgic days. But I think it's better the leave the show it is. Im just worry that the comeback series will be another fail attempt on comeback. Beverly Hills 90210 tried and failed

Get in a car and go 145 150 mph for the first time in your life in a safeish inviroment and then tell me that was not the best drug you ever had in your life. Shit even going 60 in a funny car on a dirt track is one of the absolute best times ever!!!

    It’s crazy how time works for us. When you start a new thing, like a school year or a job, every day seems very long and you remember what you’ve done. As time goes by doing the same thing the days almost seem to blend together to where your 2nd year seems like it went by as fast as your 1st month. I can totally understand how doing the same show for a decade you could forget a lot of specifics. It’s like we measure time by accomplishments sometimes, the more you believe you’re doing the more you remember and the time feels well spent.
