Imo, garpun needs a buff. A legendary anti-air should at least be on par with an epic anti-air and not be outclassed by it by this much.
You have to understand that air defenses are created differently, each with its own advantages and uses, if Garpun excels in a field, exceeds AA in that field, then everyone will only use Garpun and will forget all existing AA. Moreover, AA with legendary status doesn't make it the best AA compared to other AA, even Excalibur with status legendary is no better than Oerlikon Hel with epic status. Legendary status indicates that the price of the item is 2x higher than the price of items with epic status. Garpun has fulfills the various aspects required with multi roles, he is good at missile interceptor and good at attacking enemy air units in large numbers, Garpun's status is one of the best after getting an upgrade yesterday. This also applies to other items, one of which is Scalp Naval and Zircon, where Zircon is stronger than Naval even though its status is lower. even though Zircon's status is actually still above it because a player with Hero status is needed to win

Classifying them into tiers solely based on their price also makes no sense, because you'd expect a more expensive anti-air to be better then a cheaper one, in a game at least.
@@Hunter-rr5ue Basically AA with legendary status is superior in various aspects in a balanced way, I have mentioned to Garpun that he has many strong aspects with machine guns and missiles but he didn't really fulfill various aspects 100%, he inherited 60% of each aspect, namely 60% intercept missiles and 60% intercept aircraft. This is different from Crotale which only fulfills 1 aspect however this aspect is 85% stronger in missile interceptors and 40% weaker in attacking aircraft units based on its Countermeasure, you can see this advantage is more prominent because in testing involved missiles more than aircraft. Your statement is true that high prices determine higher quality, but you also have to understand the consequences. This This is not a technological realm that continues to develop and strives to create the best, this is a competitive game where you are required to fight with equipment that has been provided, counter by counter, you are also required to defeat your opponent with the right equipment.
Don't forget that as long as one uses flairs, crotale makes zero damage but garpun can make a little damage due to its machine gun. However, Garpun's missile intercepting capability should be enhanced

Ships with 3x slot use osu 35k ,jrng 6 and crotale
For ships with 2x slot use jrng 6 and crotale
For 1x use either crotale or jrng 6

Well, garpun seems to have a either really bad accuracy or it's has a buggy lock on aircraft.
Or they intentionally made garpun's accracy bad.
It's look's like range bug.. while on the max range acuracy look terrible.. but on close contact look good....
