Sir can you please arrange one more session on method development of Hplc.....or can you please avail the recorded session which already occurred...
Excellent video made.....
Excellent video sir
Iam Big Fan Of You Sir
Excellent air
Excellent sir
Really helpful
Sir Please provide the recorded video of the seminar !!!!!
Hi sir
Could you please arrange one more session on HPLC method development
Sir.
If I send a sample for quantification of compound and also for method development to a institutions. should I give methods ? Or they will do by themselves
Sir I missed the interaction session pls pls upload that Vedio, i am very enthusiastic about that pls sir
Super Sir
Sir please make a video on potentiometer (auto titrator)
Sir please add your webinar video in your you tube channel
Sir method development full video please link in TH-cam sir
Pls add a video on ion exchange chromatography and with monoclonal antibodies
Sir please make a vedio on hplc impurity data analysis
Please Upload How To Select the Column In HPLC and GC And Mobile Phase
Please Upload Sir
Sir please upload 19 June 2022 webinar sir please helpful to me more
👍👍👍👍
Sir plz gradient phogram create calculation
Pls give about message in HPLC columns
LC-MS development please
Hi sir
What is difference between uv spectrophotometer and HPLC
UV spectrophotometry and High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) are both analytical techniques used in chemistry, but they serve different purposes and operate on different principles:
UV Spectrophotometry:
Principle: This technique is based on the absorption of ultraviolet (UV) light by molecules. When light passes through a sample, certain wavelengths are absorbed depending on the molecular structure of the compound. The amount of light absorbed at specific wavelengths can be used to identify and quantify substances.
Usage: UV spectrophotometry is widely used for quantifying the concentration of a substance in a solution. It is often used in biochemistry and molecular biology for the analysis of nucleic acids, proteins, and other biological compounds.
Advantages: It is a relatively simple and quick method for analyzing samples that absorb UV light. It requires small sample volumes and is non-destructive.
High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC):
Principle: HPLC is a type of chromatographic technique. It involves passing a liquid sample through a column filled with a solid adsorbent material under high pressure. Different components of the sample interact differently with the adsorbent material, causing them to separate as they flow through the column.
Usage: HPLC is used for separating, identifying, and quantifying each component in a mixture. It is highly versatile and can analyze a wide range of compounds, including those that do not absorb UV light.
Advantages: HPLC provides high resolution and sensitivity. It can handle complex mixtures and is capable of providing detailed information about the components of a sample.
In summary, while UV spectrophotometry is primarily used for quantifying substances that absorb UV light, HPLC is a more versatile technique that can separate, identify, and quantify various components in a mixture, regardless of their UV absorption properties. The choice between the two methods depends on the nature of the sample and the specific analytical requirements.
Thanks sir for easily explain
One interview ques asked that what is reason of molecule absorption
Sir can u explain what is %cv in dissolution calibration
Hii sir
Hi
Hindi please sir
Super sir
Hi
