Pence frustratingly comes WAY short of saying that Trump also took an oath to defend the constitution of the United States….pretty disappointing.

You did the right thing that day. Thank you, Mr Vice President.

15:30> I agree w/everything Pence is saying, incldg understanding getting swept up in a moment, but also hold them accountable. Adults should have much self restraint. What your parents didnt teach you (or get thru to you) will be presented to you, eventually. Its espcly bothersome that most of the insurrectionists claim to be Christians. They had our Lord & Savior to light their path & chose otherwise.

Like in one saying I still remember since my high school time in the Soviet Ukraine of 1970s:
"Upbringing of children must begin from the childhood.. of their parents."

Decent man. As to America being ‘the gold standard of Democracy’ I humbly submit Canada the UK and Europe as gold standard examples, moreover without any of the violence of the US specifically during transitions of power.

Does anyone still remember "Carol of the bells", the Ukrainianpeople'stimelesscreation?
I do appreciate wisdom of a godly man in regards of geopolitics as well.
Ukraine always was a bread bucket for and a frontline of Christianity and Christian values in that part of the world.

    Interesting interview.
Respect for human life is much more than anti-abortion. Interesting that Pence mentions Gaza, but not the loss of life there.
Pence is a very mixed bag, but I'm glad he was there.

Just some friendly feedback, the frames are switching back and forth too quickly. It’s a little distracting and dizzying; at least on a phone screen anyway.

Agreed. The frame should stay on the person speaking.

I concur-I watch many of the videos on this channel and appreciate what I hear here but the frequent switching is consistently jarring

I wish you could have raised the issue of Christian NATIONALISMS emergence in modern-day politics. Pence was wrong to ŕenounce his former boss's conduct issues then & now.

A mixture of creative "theology"(a set of Christianised world views without proper knowledge of Christ' nature), and local ideology is the most destructive thing for the Church in America, and for the Americans themselves, Brother. Without witness for Christ, it led crowds to embrace false messianic promises to replace the message of the ✝️, I'm afraid.
As much as it was comforting to see a devoted Christ ' follower, like Mike Pence, by the President that time, it's truly worrisome to observe man of "extraordinary moral flexibility", J. D. Vance brought there by Peter Till and the like.

Far superior to any media coverage is this timely chance to hear the thoughtful assessments Vice-President Mike Pence shared about yesterday, today, and tomorrow in his responses to Russell's probing questions.
