Warrnambool - Levy's Point to Thunder Point - Belfast Coastal Reserve

Warrnambool is a 3 hour drive from Melbourne and it has amazing stretches of sandy surf beaches, grassy dunes and thriving wetlands, plus it is famous for whale watching. This video captures the coast from Levy's Point to Thunder Point where you can see the town of Warrnambool in the distance. The area is called Belfast Coastal Reserve and includes Shelly Beach.
It is whale watching season now so I didn't fly past Thunder Point as there are boat and drone restrictions further down around Logan's Beach. I didn't see any whales but they can be seen from Logan's Beach Whale Watching platform which is on the other side of Hopkins River.
