  • Hello Friends,
Your Friend Pulkit this side from GadgetGenerations. It’s been over half a month since i shot any video felt like taking a little break for myself. But I have got a lot of pending stuff, a lot of banter to do, so let’s begin with a new review today. Today, I am going to review the FOSI Audio PH05. It’s a little amplifier that I have been using for over a month now, well, it has now found a place as my personal testing rig. This amp is special as it has five outputs each with its own independent volume control. This helps you test multiple iems and A/B with them with ease. It has a strong output rated at 310mW per channel. Another key feature is this one-touch mute button for all the channels.
At the time of this review, the PH05 retails for approx $50 in the international market. You can buy it from the Fosi audio website directly. I was sent this as a sample from the brand with no monetary benefit involved anywhere.

Let’s start with the design and build quality of the device. PH05 has a compact build structure made entirely out of metal. The matte black finish looks and feels exquisite and hits way above its price point. At the top we have six knobs, one main volume knob and the other five independent volume knobs for each channel. We also have an orange-coloured mute button. On the front side, we have six ports, all 3.5mm. One is a 3.5mm stereo input and the remaining five are outputs.
    Sound Quality:-
The FoSi Audio PH05 has a very transparent nature. I don’t notice it coloring the output anywhere, infact it maintains a crisp and clear response and provides good amplification as well. Even when using all five ports, I don’t feel it lacking anywhere and delivering ample output for easy driveability. I have tested it with a bunch of gear like Sennheiser HD600, some IEMs like LETSHUOER S08, Elysian Audio Pilgrim, Juzear 61T, DUNU DaVinci, Nostalgia Audio Camelot, etc. The PH05 provides good amplification, distortion is also not noticeable, the overall output is clean and powerful. Even for the HD600 I am at around half the volume on the PH05, it is being driven quite nicely.
So to summarise my review, if you are looking for something powerful and something versatile. I have never felt A/B’ing between different IEMs being so easy. It has been possible with this beauty for me. For just $50, we are getting a clean and powerful five-channel amplifier which is a pretty insane deal. My only takeaway would be that, i wish it had 4.4mm ports lol, apart from that I don’t notice much of an issue with anything.
    Pros:-
Easily read through five different IEMs at the same time.
    Crisp and clean output.
    Powerful.
    Well-built.
    Budget-friendly.
    Cons:-
    No 4.4mm port :/

@@realrohitupadhyay I remember their Tube Hybrid Amps on Amazon , retailing for $30/40 previous year. Then they started venturing into Class D Amps and now SK02 and stuff. Let's see what they have in future
