I feel like my comment won't change anything, but this is horrible quality through and through.
The white balance is completely off, there's a lot of over exposure, the post processing of the image is aggressively too much and thus ruins all the details of the picture (as is a common problem with shooting on a phone), your framing is terrible and you're lacking headspace.
While the lighting isn't bad per se, it is nowhere near good either, and way below mediocre. The building of your frame is also not good, and your background is boring, meaningless and empty.
Your sound quality is absolutely horrible, I don't know if you're recording with your phones microphone or if you're actually using that clip on mic on your shirt, but if the latter is the case, then you seriously need a refund.
So, reframe yourself, change the background, change the lighting to preferably introduce some edge-lighting, get a proper microphone and find a video on how to do some simple post processing of audio (which can be done in the free program Audacity if you'd like), fix your white balance (can be done in post, but is better if you do it in your camera/phone) and please turn down your exposure so you'll catch more details. There isn't much you can do about the post processing of the visuals, when shooting on a phone, but at least turn down the exposure, so you'll have more details to work with.
Also, your audio in many of your videos is peaking like crazy, make sure to check your audio every time you record.
There are many camcorders available for cheap, that actually shoot pretty good video, I suggest maybe saving up and buying one of these, as this would take care of that horrible post processing that your phone is doing.
Thank you
