I'm so sad this is the last installment to this series. Please, please, please make more! These videos are such a treat. I love watching them late at night, as I'm winding down for bed. The atmosphere they create is so relaxing and comfortable. I don't even drink alcohol or go to bars, but I love seeing the unique process of creating each drink. Not to mention the legend creating them, these videos wouldn't be the same with anyone else but him.
I hope they never stop this series, so interesting to see not only the different drinks but its a unique dynamic for a channel like this to include something as obscure as drink making. Cheers!
The address is Japan, 〒160-0023 Tokyo, Shinjuku, 西新宿1ｰ13ｰ7 One thing to note, at that address is also a sister bar of Bar Benfiddich(which is the one where Kayama-san works) called Bar B&F that is on the second floor if I remember correctly. It is still a great bar, just has a slightly different layout and a different bartender. Bar Benfiddich is on the 9th floor.
I had this drink as my last one when I visited him two years ago! He actually really liked me and my partner (at the time), and he gave us a complimentary one which was really nice of him. This drink is my favorite drink I ever had, alcoholic or non-alcoholic. It’s smooth, creamy, delicious- mix that in with the dim atmosphere and quiet, classy environment, it was awesome.

His bar is quite small and very intimate (dim lighting, quiet music), and it was him and two female assistants behind the counter that night. I was already a fanboy, but that was elevated even more because he actually asked me and my partner to come up to the counter when a woman had unintentionally tried to cut us in line (he noticed we'd been ogling him lol). That's when I got to taste this drink, the forest cocktail, and some others like an espresso martini, a pineapple mango rum drink... All in all, had about 10 drinks and it came out to be $200? VERY worth it imho, I will do it again gladly when I revisit. :)
