      Per fare la planche servono le basi, ma devi essere forte in quelle, tipo almeno 30 dips, 15 piegamenti in verticale al muro e cose così

      @@RubyRubeMe to be able to do the planche you need to be strong on the bases, if you do not train the basics very much you risk getting seriously ill, because the tendons, the joints, etc. they won't be strong enough to hold the skill, to give you an example you should have at least 30 dips, 15 vertical bends on the wall etc.

    Can you do an intermediate calisthenics video as well? With exercises like tucked - one leg or straddle back and front lever, and different planche progressions. Pull exercises like false grip muscle ups, normal muscle ups and ring muscle ups. Please make a video like that

    Great video, thanks. Im trying to do more calisthenics now that the gym is closed because of COVID-19. It's actually quite fun because I can do more volume and more frequency compared to regular bodybuilding style training with weights.

      LazyBee. BFH dude, you have no idea who I am. I trained gymnastics for 4 years and then began power lifting, weight training and calisthenics. My physique is fairly impressive, I can do high level calisthenics and I’ve achieved this all naturally. I train 6 days out of the week and am aware of people who use and people who are natural. If you think his body and skills aren’t achievable naturally you set the bar pretty low for yourself

      @@lexlavi Yes, i have no idea... if youre someone who can do "high level" calistenics, then show us a video proof :). Ye ofcourse you can achieve his skills and body atleast close to him, but he's not natural, thats it.. not to take away the hard work.. and if youre so "knowledgeable", then you can see hes not natty.. And btw.. the point you made about training 6 days a week... thats not even a point, because it doesnt matter how much times a week you train.. if you have properly structured program with a strictly aplied volume and intensity.

Ahahahaha senza neanche le alzate laterali e senza poter fare esercizi mirati per ogni capo del deltoide come lo costruisci cosi a cannone, qualità muscolare esagerata per un natural, guardati athlean x lui lo batte su ogni fronte ma è davvero natural!!

      Nicola Strever sei solo un secco con 100 ore al giorno di allenamento, anche se ce ne sono 24 in un giorno, puoi raggiungere certi risultati. Basta mangiare aria e bere ogni tanto, provare per credere. Io sono 8 volte campione olimpionico di calistenics le so certe cose

    Hai un fisico da invidia e la prima parte di esercizi secondo me si possono eseguire anche a casa x fare un po' di attività fisica.... complimenti
