I'm in that music video! 😂 I was in the audience 🤭 I know that they did talk about it on a later season, but it kind of sounded like he didn't fully appreciate it and do the job to actually get in the air. At that point! But this is like 10 years ago. I'm gonna go message Vegard and see if I can get a response on the gabriel situation 🤨🧐 But, speaking of Ylvis and Africa! You know ylvis did big in kirgisistan, but do you know that they did the same kind of project, but trying to make it in swahiliwood!?! 😂 They did! It's a part of their lateshow 🤭 And THANK'S, I will find find a way to see what I'm missing, so that I can send you requests 😁 I already have so many planned in my head! 😅
i know gabriel had a twitter that he updated for some time afterwords and said he was undergoing pilot training. he last posted in 2018. absolutely itching for a ylvis swahiliwood reaction tho. as others have said ylvis did live in africa for a good portion of their childhood off and on up until high school, i believe they speak a bit of portuguese due to that. theyve said that experience really shaped them into who they were today for a variety of reasons.
Never seen this before, so I have no info to give you. But I was grinning by the end of the song, so awesome. I do believe Ylvis spent some years in Africa as well when they were growing up, but I don't know where or for how long.
They had "I kveld med Ylvis" from 2011-2016 (break in 2015). This was from their last season. Don't know what has happend to Gabriel since then.. I'm curious!
"The tv network want to give you a licence" - That is really good and he will get some real experience. At the same time its probably an insurance thing so the network will not be suid for helping a man crash its plane to make tv. But still a good thing, its not like he would stop trying anyway.

The Ylvis brothers actually lived in Angola and Mozambique as children, as their dad worked for the Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation.

Yes, there must be the landing gears when your plane acts like a hippopotamus. What an elicebmi.
