    Thank you so much for posting your meditations on youtube.. I wept throughout this one. It seems to be a strange world to me right now in August of 2021. I am 79 and many things have changed since I arrived for this life time. I find I am grieving what was once familiar..old friends and living spaces that have disappeared into the mist. Your voice is so very soothing and comforting which brings up the tears. I am grateful to you. Namaste'

    Sometimes tears flow unexpectedly, but I am OKAY however I am right
    now... I'm learning how to have self-compassion, patience and how to
    become my own home < wherever I go and whatever happens to me.
    You're a very special healer in the most genuine way possible.

The underlying message I hope my meditations get across is that we are all our own healers. I trained in healing many years ago and practiced as an energy healer for almost 20 years. What I took from the experience into my work now as a meditation teacher is that each of us has the capacity to act as our own healers on a day-to-day basis. And self-compassion is the starting point.. Take good care of yourself and stay safe and well💖

    I love your meditations and use them regularly but (FYI) I notice that the ones recorded in your home don’t have the excellent sound quality of the others. Maybe they are recorded in a studio? Anyway I find myself avoiding the “homey” ones. Anyway, there are still plenty to choose from and I just wanted to let you know!

      Hi Julia, thanks for letting me know that you enjoy my meditations, that's lovely to hear. The meditations that are self-shoots are recorded with a simple lapel mic whereas all the rest are recorded in a studio. A lot of people like the 'homey' ones because they feel more connected to me. I'm afraid there will always be a difference between the audio quality of the two different types though so it's probably best to stick with the studio recordings. I'm sorry not to be able to help you more with this. Wishing you safe and well💖
