my jaw literally dropped when I saw the scale this was on. holy shit. and the shader packs! and the pixel art!! Not just of Khan and the Enterprise but all the panels and posters and paintings and lecterns, even with blinking lights and sound effects!!! and the item frame with a snowball as a dial is so smart! And so many signs I saw as you passed by and went "wait what is that?" - massage room? laundry compartment? battery storage? This is awesome!!! The gift shop made me laugh - I'm glad this project brought you joy ^v^

Unfortunately, I only have bedrock Minecraft on my Xbox One, so there isn't a way to have others download the world (or at least not that I'm aware of).
The studios can only afford to build so many sets when it comes to making the movies and tv shows. Thankfully, there are a ton of dedicated people at cygnus-x1.net who compiled all the Star Trek blueprints to help me visualize all the parts of the ship not seen on film.
I haven't figured out a way to have a laser beam. A beacon would be perfect if they were horizontal. The photon torpedoes are fully functional in both the loading mechanism and shooting a fireball.
@@ericduling6736 Not sure if it will work, but if you can log into the same world on a PC on the same account as you used when creating it on the XBox, you might be able to download it to that PC.
I made another video on my channel that shows how the viewscreen and lifts work. It's not a block-by-block tutorial, but shows enough to figure it out. Basically, it took a lot of command blocks.
The sound for the buttons is just what's in the Star Odyssey Smash-up Pack (available on Minecraft's Marketplace). The swishing sound for the doors is a command block playing a horse's breath. There is a tutorial on how I did the Enterprise redstone on my channel... check it out.

I appreciate the subscription. I will warn you in advance that I don't put out videos on a regular basis... my builds tend to be epic and take months to plan and complete (The Enterprise took over a year). But I'm overjoyed what few videos I've done are as well liked as they have been.

I did a tutorial video on my channel that shows how I used command blocks to do the redstone gadgets. same video showed a quick look at my 1:1 ship that I wasn't over all happy with because it lacked detail and was too small for the redstone. The completed ship is about 30 percent bigger (the saucer section is 203 blocks wide while the 1:1 version is 143 blocks). I'm working on the Titanic now, but might do either the TOS Enterprise or maybe the Reliant from ST2: the Wrath of Kahn.

Those are maps mounted on item frames. I built huge horizontal squares for the backgrounds and then "drew" those pictures one bock at a time..... yes, it took awhile. The tutorial video on my channel shows how I did it. If you have the time and patience, you can make custom pictures using this map technique.

I downloaded the "Abstraction: Solar" world on the Minecraft Marketplace. It gave me the starfield, planets and no bedrock. The texture pack is "Star Odyssey: Beyond Space" and the rest of the custom art (such as the viewscreens) is simple Map Art. Google "Minecraft Map Art" and you can see some of the crazy project folks have done.
I used the Strategic Design Deck Plans for Constitution Class 1700 Rebuild found at www.cygnus-x1.net (they have blue prints for just about every star trek vessel).

Thank for setting the record. The original Constitution I made back in 2012 to the latest Exodus and Fearless class have been used without permission so many times now, I have come to expect it. Mainly the hulls. Some have kept the interiors but slightly modified or rendered under an optional resource pack. I have a very distinct style of building that often inspired similar builds.
No worries. I made another semi-tutorial video on what techniques and redstone contraptions I used. I only have an Xbox, so no downloads or WorldEdit cheats were used other than the skinpack (my other "cut away" and "time laps" videos still have the Xbox HUD up because I'm still a noob). I checked out your videos... very impressive to say the least. Your skills are much more refined than mine. The hulls (especially the engineering one) are much more sleek. One of these days I'll go back and try to make mine less blocky.
That's why I have multiple saves both on my xbox and the cloud. What I dread is for Minecraft to release a much cooler texture pack than the one I have, tempting me to re-do portions or all of the ship depending on the pack.

It took over a year, give or take a month or so. I'm glad my kids talked me into making a video.... it's been cool to see how many folks liked it.

Try to use advanced rocketry mod jt lets you build a working ship and it even moves
I only have the xbox bedrock version... so no cool mods for me, just command blocks.
