i find it funny that he cheated at a game he never played before, i was playing these games back on the ps1, so for me, i say tomb raider reboot is fine as an Uncharted game clone but its only has 30% of what a real tomb raider game is, the reboot has the wrong gameplay and lara character to be a real tomb raider game, tomb raider isnt suppose to have crafting bullets and crying after you killed someone with a weak wimpy lara. its fine to be a fan of reboot tomb raider since players these days wont give a rats ass about old tomb raider, you have to be a fan from the beginning to be a fan of old tomb raider.
You’re telling me you don’t start the game with Uzis locked and loaded with 999 ammo randomly in your inventory… that’s weird. Guess my games bugged 🤔 Jokes aside I liked old Lara and pretty much everything else in the game. It’s literally just the movement and parkour controls that I personally wasn’t a fan of. The guns were just for fun. 🤣
@@ChickenReviews when I first played in the 2000s, no internet, no idea about cheats, so I had to play for real. I got stuck a lot since I couldn't get a guide.
The first tomb raider is a master piece of a 3D puzzle, they did so much with such limited ressources. The naughty dog's prequels are just linear huge piles of high res pixel with no substance, and that's fine, i'm not juste the target audiance i guess, and telling that it was some uncharted clone ( also made by naughty dog ) is true, but i find it pointless, since there are already uncharted series ( which were kind of a clone of tomb raider in the first place, going full circle heh ). As for younger audience who think old games are crap, well, their loss, let them enjoy the empty, soulless modern gaming that compensates the lack of creativity with terrabites of data. 😉
