    I am suffering from OCD of the Worst Imaginary Thoughts for the last nearly 11 years.I heard many speeches of many great people but I could not implement because of Fobia.     Dec month k end me mujhe khud k prati negetive though aya ki mai mar jaunga , phir mai us vichar ko analysis karne laga ki ye thought kyo aya, jaise hi analyze karne laga to death related vichar aur ane laga.. Phir mai is vichar ko dabane laga matlab supress karne laga.. jitna supress karta vichar aur jayada alag -alag type ka ane laga... phir na ghar me man lage aur na kaam par man lage... Mind puri tarah se out-of focus ho gaya... aisa lag raha tha ki mai negetive though pattern me trap ho gaya...Ek self hypnotized ki tarah... Mera dhyaan sirf apne hi though par chala tha... Akele rahne se bhi dar lagne laga tha.... Phir you tube par apka video mila... kuch bato ko dharan kar badlav hua hai.. man karta hai CBT course kar lu....

    Useful information. **To feel better reduce negative thoughts. Be careful what you feed your mind. Avoid comparing yourself with others, reduce negative social media and avoid constipation as it affects the mind. Your breathing is closely related to the brain [mind] and gives relief from stress-anxiety. For a relaxed mind observe the sensations of your incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for 10-15-20 minutes or more. You can sit or lie down, neck straight and eyes closed. Never meditate with expectations but with awareness. Don’t fight your thoughts. With practice the mind will relax. Keep a reminder to observe your breath sensations throughout the day and night --before sleep, when reading, at work, when sitting in the park etc anywhere-anytime. . Like me, make this a lifetime habit to have a better life. Best wishes--Counsellor.

    Great I also used this pattern and now I'm far better than before .thanks 🙏 starting me thora prablem hoga ki nhi ye maine hi soncha hai kyunki mera hi mn hai lekin nhi hamara mn aur ham alag hain. Phr dheere dheere practice se broad minded ban jata hai iske pahle log narrow minded hote hain ....bczz practice makes a man perfect. Haar kv mat maniye bs itna vishwas rakhiye ki kl ka din aaj se better hoga. Mujhe bahut tarah ki ocd thi but now I'm cured without any medicine ..sirf khud ki vishwas aur apne aap pe bahut mehnat kiya aur still I'm working on it....jab tak todega nhi tab tak chodega nhi🙏

    Bagwan aapka bhala kare sir,mujhe laga ki koi mentally problem hai mujhe par ab pata chala ki koi bimari nahi balki overthinking hai.problem in patterns ki hai ki man se opposite aawaj aati hai jo mai nahi chahta or fir khud ko hi samjhane me sari energy waste hota hai.
