@Jamie Couch after her brother died, she was going through so much grief that all the scenes when she is crying and depressed were her real emotions. She would go off on the crew off camera that the director found in the script that her character had a smashing episode so that gave her a chance to vent her real feelings.
This is a sad fact. The reason why Janet’s grieving is so real in Why Did I Get Married 2 is because when Tyler Perry was in the middle of making the film with her, they all herd that Michael Jackson died. Before she came back to work while she was at his memorial, Tyler wrote some parts and lines for her, so she could grief out

The Grief was in her eyes the whole time up to when she showed up at gavins job then it wasn't there anymore. Also that Glass Smashing scene I don't Blame her even tho it made me laugh. Losing loved ones hurt!
I never understood what was the thing that made them divorce besides patricia not wanting to deal with the grieve of their son. Because everyone deals with grieve differently so that couldnt be the only thing. I always blamed Gavin so maybe I’m just looking at it wrong…
Everyone deals with grief differently but she didn't deal with it. She didn't grieve. She acted like it never happened. Luke the baby never existed. She refused to talk about it and so they couldn't work through it. Especially when he blamed her for it.
Yea she thought just because she was a Dr or psychologist she could help everyone else but didn’t help her or her husband she left him mentally because she never asked him how he feel she try to hard to be perfect and swipe their problems under the rug i blame her

It was hurtful to know that your husband blamed YOU for the death of yall son. It was a night she said was raining and she knew she strapped him in but she never double checked because she was in a rush and it was raining hard and she swerved off the road . Gavin acted like everything was okay but talked bad about her to a friend in their group about how can she be so stupid ? To not strap they son in ? Smh that's Wild asf and sitting in her face pretending like they perfect .

She was trying too hard to be " perfect ". She needed help but didn't get it. It made no sense to me either
