it's cheap now because it just came out.
It is also where you by it. I've seem this on a site for 399.00.
I paid over 200 dollars and it came with one battery.
So when rc's come with 2 batteries...they are paying for that.
Just one battery for this car would cost 50-80 dollars.
So don't forget...extra batteries, parts, brushed and brushless motors, metal bottom or plastic bottom make a difference.
Kraton is not a better car...it just have more metal parts and that's what you pay for.

The stock shock oil is really thick, i changed mine out to 65wt first. Then tried 80wt & went with that, suspension was much better & truck did not bounce around like it did with the stock shock oil. I also found doing a drop test on the bench the wheels would bounce up off the bench on stock oil. Changed to the 80wt oil & the truck is planted on the drop test. Great little truck for little money & 45mph out the box for a $210 truck is pretty fair speed, i would think 50mph is doable quite easy by going up a couple of teeth pinion.
gillian9178 definitely Gillian on the gears but 45mph is good enough for me. Don’t want to started getting heating issues. I will definitely look into the shock oil. I've had good range with mine, unless I'm near the 5G mast. I'm wondering if you were near one. My range is as far as I can see - unless near the mast then it's 10 meters or so.

What about the antenna?

or shove it down in the in the hole to make it smaller so it wouldn't be in the way.
Yes put the antenna in the tube and tighten the grub screw where the antenna goes. make sure you have the antenna tube fill to the top with the antenna. You want as much range a possible.

Yeah this is that car. It's actually a really good car, lots of spare parts are available, and it looks to be quality components.
My battery runs out after 10-15 minutes after 5 or more hours of charging, how can I fix that

I bought the Maverick quantum flux MT and had nothing but problems , bent stub axles , overheating esc . Great rc but don't bash it to hard !
G Doris I just ran my Xt a few minutes ago and broke it lol. If you told me 1hr ago it may have saved the truck. Lmao. Thanks for for the info. I have not ran the MT yet but will take that into consideration.
The newest version has improved parts, shafts, axles, esc, etc
Hi what would u recommend running this car on 2s lipo or 3s lipo as some people say it’s not fully 3s compatible?
I love 2s on these rigs. It’s the sweet spot. I ran 3s on it but it’s very wild. After running in 3s for a few toy will get some stuttering. I have also heard the cooling fan is not rated for 3s I believe. Honestly you will have a blast in 2s.

Nice. I like them both. Great trucks. I think the plus jumps better but not by much. I’m not a super basher or jumper but that’s what I saw. Awesome buy though.

@@dagaming1333 honestly if you have the extra funds sure but if you are on a budget no need for it. I don’t think it’s world’s of different but it is a little different if your jumping it. Just my opinion.

Jeff Miller I did. It replace the fan. The fan on the esc needs to be replaced to run 3s?
@@UDRC85 comes with 6v fan, instructions say to upgrade to 12v for 3s
