Is Jamerson on Neither One of Us by Gladys Knight and the Pips? It’s one of my all time favorite, blast it at my funeral songs. But have never been able to confirm if Jamerson’s on the track.
hey, i covered Neither One Of Us on the channel, you can find it if you search for it. funnily enough, i did it as part of the Jamerson series cause i couldn't find any info and it sounded like him to me, but when i put out the video, someone commented that they had heard from Bob Babbitt himself that it was him on that song! still, beautiful line and a wonderful song
@ @ if Bob Babbit is played at my funeral, I’m okay with that. There’ll be a few Motown so James will be there. Lawyer’s Guns and Money is on the playlist although Roland the Headless Thompson Gunner is top fave. Have you done a video for ‘Roland’? I should get some Tina on the playlist..guess I’m deep diving Tom Tom Club this week!
