In Depth: Big Reforms In The Last Decade

New Year Eve ... December 31st 2019 ... does not only signal the start of 2020 ... But it is also kick-starting a whole new decade.
The day that brings to close decade 2010 - 2019 is also the one that the Finance Minister chose to make a big announcement for the Indian economy.
Nirmala Sitharaman on Tuesday detailed the government’s plans to invest about ₹102 lakh crore in the infrastructure sector over the next five years to achieve the GDP target of 5 trillion dollars by 2024-25.
Looking back at the decade... economic reform is a concern that dominated public discourse quite significantly.
While the first few years of the decade saw commentators lamenting the lack of reforms in the country ... a change of Government in 2014 brought in an explosion of new energy.
The Modi-led NDA government brought in many changes to usher in economic and social changes that touched the lives of the common man in many crucial ways that marked a break from the past.
Today in In Depth, we take a look at some of these big ticket reforms that rebooted the economy, gave it a new direction and set us on the path that will define the years to come.

Its hard to tell the reforms during 2010-14. By that Congress came up with some landmark laws and thing. RTI, NREGA, Disaster Management etc. After 2009 Congress lost its path. It was more about Corruption and Nirbhaya Act.

India should be declared as natural homeland to these 4 indic religions bcz if persecuted they have no other place to go. Just look at Rohingyas, 50+ Islamic countries and nobody wants them and we've none
