im a year late but im glad to see you did it as simple as I just did it. Every other video had me trying to splice wires in the trunk and i get it. But my original third brake light broke so I spliced it to the brake's original -/+ wires, and it works fine.

That new led strip is badass. I wonder if you could get your taillights specially made to be all leds. Maybe the reverse light as well or maybe just put leds bulbs in your reverse if you haven't already did already.

They got them bowtie tail light joints could do a lil mix and matchin get that mofo A1 sometimes simpler way better bro
