9:05 same feeling, every small movement does feeeling like u in air pocket on plane. This is a very strange crap, why mainly young guys, in principle healthy, suffer from this. I'm 33, did all medical tests, all good, and no one can help.
It is very strange my friend. And i wish i knew. I NEVER had headaches ever growing up. Until this all happened. I too am in good health, all tests and blood work, ct scans, mri scans, eeg scans, all the weird ENT tests, all the other strange tests they did to me. I’m still trying to figure it out too buddy. Just don’t give up. At some point you might want to consider taking some meds. I was hesitant at a lot of meds but at some point.. you either accept living like this… or we take a minor risk to potentially feel normal again ya know? Hang in there, we’ll get better
Thank you! What is your story? Do you have VM and PPPD? And if so what have you done/taken that has helped you? Are you still figuring it out or are you good now?
@@andysdizzyvlog6586 Hi! Yes I do have both VM and PPPD. I’ve had VM for 11 years and was doing really well until January 2021 when it went into overdrive big time (my whole VM saga is a loooong story lol). I have been a big chicken when it comes to meds because I also have a heart issue and my heart can react poorly to many meds, but I have been prescribed a few different things. I take magnesium daily and ibuprofen frequently. I see Dr. Beh again in September and may opt to try gabapentin, will see if I work up the courage lol.
@@jen-k-1 i took gabpentin YEAAARS ago for a stabbing pain in my leg after i herniated a disc and my back and it aggrivated a nerve. But it fixed that issue. And stopped taking it. So when dr beh suggested gabapentin i wasn’t afraid to try it bc ive already taken it but honestly dont think its done anything
I need to, my mom sent me a link to her stuff. I def need to. I work 60 hours a week, not including my commute and whatnot, i barley have any free time.. which im sure isn’t helping my issue. But i’m glad you reminded me of her. I did watch one of her videos. What is your story? And where are you with your journey, have you overcome this?
@@andysdizzyvlog6586 I have been dealing with vestibular issues for 15 years, It started with a sudden hearing loss in my left ear and progressed to tinnitus, ear pressure and vertigo which I was told it was probably Menieres and would have to live with it. In 2015 I had a vertigo attack that evolved into the PPPD type symptoms but there wasn’t any name for it at that point and I had an ENT that mentioned it might be VM which I had already suspected, I finally stopped having vertigo and just experienced the woozy, imbalanced feelings often, I stopped all treatments and have been living with it, it comes & goes, I have bad pressure mostly in my face when I get a flare up but there’s always some kind of head discomfort and balance issues even on better days. I started seeing an upper cervical chiropractor this year in May and I was having a lot of wooziness that persisted after a few treatments so he checked me for BPPV and I definitely was dealing with that so he treated that and afterwards I have still been woozy a lot and he finally said that he thinks it’s VM and PPPD and he referred me to Dr. Beh, I have an appointment with him in mid October. I’d never heard of PPPD so I started researching and that’s when I discovered the Steady Coach, just listening to her videos and following some of her suggestions has helped me feel more grounded. I’ve been doing some of the parasympathetic breathing she suggests, you can do that anywhere even on your job, it works to calm down the fight or flight that our brains get stuck in. I hope you will find some time to listen to her videos. I signed up for her free course a couple of days ago but I haven’t looked at it yet, I have pretty bad photosensitivity so I have to pick a time that I can look at my computer screen and have time afterwards to rest and get my head settled. I definitely have hope that I’m finally on the right track to get this thing under control. There’s always hope. Never give up.
@@elainelucas527 uploading some videos tonight/tomorrow. Check out my video about the vestibular exercises, there are these exercises you do with just your hands that really helped my clogged ears and tinnitus many times. it's not a 100% thing.. but it has helped me. Certainly something that's easy enough to do and won't hurt to try. Also I posted the 2 links to the mans videos I found the exercises from. check it out :)

Have you tried listening to Dr. Yonit Arthur the Steady Coach here on TH-cam? A lot of people are having success with her program and it’s free.
