Ooh I love a good pole exercise ... Especially the ones you can leave out and get multiple exercises out of (fellow lazy over here 😂)
😂 😂 it’s just time saving.You can’t beat a good Pole exercise that you can do in walk, trot and canter and from all directions 😄
I will try this over the weekend and hoping that it keeps my horses mind occupied 😊
