I do not think taking this boy out of his domain is the best. Whatever help or development he needed can be equally achieved in his domain. Is it a must to take him away? Here is a boy that even the Pastor claims he often goes to the bush. Who knows that is where he gets his inspiration? Where is he going to be getting the needed specific stones at the company they are taking him to? What of the electric fish and the stream? Whatever they want to do for him can be done through the Pastor. There is no need to take him out of his comfort zone.
There seem to be battery pack attached between the stone and the bulb. The stone isn't generating the electricity. It's that power bank above the rock that has the energy powering the bulb and charging his phone. He might say its a transformer but investigate it well its the source. If that stone has energy to generate electricity he wont be able to handle it without protection. That is my humble observation.
