Welcome to Amaranth's Follow the Clay Home Series, episode 4!
Today we'll be featuring Cheryl Belsey from Ontario Street Pottery in Picton.
Cheryl started Ontario St. Pottery nearly 3 years ago and teaches classes regularly throughout the week. Her students are happy to learn handbuilding and throwing in her beautiful studio space, at their own pace, doing projects that they want to do!
Cheryl's favourite tools include her slab roller - "worth it's weight in gold," her pugmill, and her Mudtools Do All. She draws inspiration from her students and continues to learn and grow as an artist.
Her favourite part of the process? Opening the kiln! It's like Christmas! She also loves helping her students create!
