Hey Jacob! Great video, I wanted to thank you for your work. I'm an amateur rally rider and I train a lot of motocross to improve my technique, speed, endurance and sprint, also I like fitness and nutrition and I enjoy researching the science and all the theory behind, and taking it into practice. There is not much content about off-road riding and fitness, and I feel that you are making a big contribution to this aspect.
I came in touch with your content because of your motocross stretches video, and since then I've watched most of them and I'm also listening to your podcast "MX Mastery" and the old "MX Strength and Conditioning" episodes of your channel. Hey Jacob, im just starting out with whey protein shakes, i weigh 150lbs, with that in mind, how many shakes should i take to achieve the 0.7-1 you stated in your video? Keep the videos coming, amazing quality and helping no end! 💪🤙
Hey good question. I wouldn’t do more than 2 shakes in one day. The rest of your protein should come from Whole Foods! Protein shakes are meant to help, not be the main source. Hope this helps!
What do think using caffeine for workouts
I can 100% agree with arm pump while taking creatine, my hands and arms would go completely numb and start to “buzz” about 15 minutes into riding. Quit taking it and 2 weeks later the “buzzing” went away.
