I love her 2nd family. They even break through the dimension to find her. That level of love.... Literally polar opposite to her 1st family before the "adjustment".

The double standard is overwhelming. Being a mum isn't a woman's whole life or purpose. She has emotions just like the kid. Irrespective of age, if that child was forced to go with the mum, he would make her life miserable like his dad did. The kid would still want to go back to the father irrespective of his wrong doing. He would still want his mum and dad to be together disregarding his mum feelings. So yes, a woman CAN always choose her HAPPINESS & MENTAL HEALTH over any kid that will surely make her life hell.

A child does not love unconditionally. Clark was engaging in what family courts call 'parental alienation'. He and Valerie convinced the boy that his birth mother wasn't good enough. Trying to take him with her would have required a memory change because he would not have gone willingly. The FL did the kindest possible thing in making sure the kid had a mom at all rather than walk out or die without making changes.
If she'd tried to take him otherwise, he'd have fought every step, tried to run back to his father, attacked her for taking him away, and maybe even told people she'd kidnapped him. This solution was kinder to everyone involved until the system failed. What she did was kinder and gentler than she could have been. She could have screamed that she didn't have such an unfilial son, that he was the child of a cheater, or that his love is cheaper than grass and she doesn't need it.

Disowning children are customary in asia. Even more so than in western world, when asian disown their child, they means it.

Please understand the storyline.... Moving on means just that even children can be toxic to one's state of being (mental health). If you don't like don't listen. If you can't understand, let it go

True. I loved the novel and loved the ending, with her husband, son and dog going for her. He was really powerful...

We do understand the storyline. It's just that it's dogsh1t, and any worthwhile human being wouldn't imagine abandoning their child because of what he said as a FOUR YEAR OLD.

This was a good story. I can understand her leaving the first son. His father took him to visit another woman as his other mom. They both preferred her. Leaving and changing his dna to make his preferred mother the real biological mom was kinder than just leaving. She gave altered reality to make what they claimed they wanted true.

I would have liked for her to have some kind of confrontation with the first husband, even if he wouldn't have remembered it initially. Then he wouldn't have a 'but why?' attitude when he came back and did a little begging. It kinna sucks that they remembered that she was the real wife/mother but probably forgot how they treated her. It was like they got away with that behavior.

    The ending is so sweet.❤
I really liked the second family so muchhhh!!
The system referred to the husband as "pretentious and SSS level", but he is the one who loved the most. The one who did everything to be happy with her and their son.🎀
The son too was sensible and smart to know how to love, care and cherish his mother.
And Max, the dog, was the cherry on top.
    Awww...to have a family like that.💖

I worked in law enforcement for 20+ years. Dont think all children somekind of innocent angel. The seed could be seen even in the youngest child. If the son trully good, he would naturally see and compared and feel iffy about Valerie and choose his mom. Seeing that his mom is not a bad or cruel mother. These misguided view of children are always innocent are a dangerous view.

People in the comments saying she should not leave her chuld behind first he behaved poorly with diana then with valerie after some time he would again get bored of diana and would want another mom this cycle would never end

Everyone blaming the child, too, when he's also the victim in this story. His father and Valerie practically brainwashed Wade to believe Valerie is a better mother than Diana.

This is the best story and I loved it. ❤❤❤❤😊😊😊😊 Thank you very much. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Atleast there are no abandonment issues here and Wade had both parents too. What did he lose ? Nothing. Instead, both Clark and Wade deceived Diana and kept her in dark. So, leaving them behind without any qualms, is not a bad choice, is it ? Yeah, people who can not bear to leave their loved ones even after mental and emotional abuse, do think differently and they can oppose Diana's choice and criticize her for leaving her son behind. But hopefully, it's not a case with me. I support Diana. Well done ! 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍❤❤❤❤❤

Pretty good story and I like that unexpected thing where her family breaching dimensions to find her. I guess he was also a system holder but one where he needed to fight and level up in and also that he knew about her identity also indicates that.

The story is very good, it's just that I felt that an honest confrontation with her 1st husband about what she found out was missing. I just felt that a dramatic scene was wasted but I really love the ending. The best ending from a story in this channel in my opinion.

Ehhh I mean he preferred someone else to be his mom and she even had the system change his genes
Moms are human and they’re hurt when their children betray them too
And she separated from them - it’s not like the dad isn’t taking care of him.
    It’s a pretty clean break

  • @veprecose

I liked it. I mean, would I leave my 4yo behind because he said he wanted a different mommy? No, because children under 5 don't understand right from wrong and also adults can brainwash children without even realizing it. So I'd have taken him with me. But the story is still solid. ☺️

Even if you would have taken Wade with you, your life won't be peaceful at all. He would have hated you for this, since you know that the childhood impressions are deeply imprinted in the brain and can't be gone easily. 😔😔
