Just in case some of you were wondering, the reason he was eating so slow was because his food was so big, causing him to have to dislocate his jaw/lengthen it
I think its to small beacuse snakes eats big meals
Acctully the reason is cooler. Snakes don’t dislocate their jaw. The front button of their mouth Is flexibles so the wiggle the food in!

Nah they're fine they just dont have hand and tounge to help him eats faster like human and snake teeths are just in case for fighting not chewing food so they need to swallow it that way and slowly its just normal they're fine not to worry :]

I’m really sad about such a bad motive about snakes and other reptiles, they’re not that bad and are to cute, I actually was also once scared but my brother showed me a channel called snake discovery when I was younger, and since I love snakes, I wish others could explore this world and side of snakes too, except this motive ruined it, now my mother does t even let me get any reptile because of it, I wish everyone knew this side, I’m happy people are still coming to this world and side of them, and you’re helping too, thanks
That's so sad... maybe try convincing her to get you a more 'friendly' looking reptile, like a leopard gecko? That might work

Some smaller snakes like garter snakes eat bugs/worms/snails etc. They make great pets for those who can't handle seeing mice being eaten. ALWAYS do your research though

i recommend not watching them while they eat, because it stresses them out. Also dont hold your snake if it just ate, you can hold your snake two days after she/he eats becuase if you do hold the snake the snake is most likely to regurgitate

I agree although you nay gave to watch or check in because sometimes the mice will fight back if it is a live feeding
It really depends on the individual and if it's in a new environment etc. Obviously, if your snake isn't eating you want to keep the stress level down near/after eating. But like I said it depends on the individual.
if you pick up your snake right after they ate you could stress them out and it could cause your snake to throw up it’s food so I suggest you wait at least 4 days to handle them again at least with feeding them mice and rats

I had to go to the vet because I was unfreezing mices in water like you. I had to pay a lot of monney (and I'm in France) and when I told him how I was doing, he looked at me and said "Do you unfreeze your meet in hot water ? No, you unfreeze it by waiting."
It takes more time, but the "better" way is to unfreeze the mices in the refrigerator for a few hours and then heat them a litte via warm water before giving them.
In 99% of the cases you'll be fine doing what you do, but this extra time spent can save you and coconut a lot of pain and time :)
