Does the blood sausage have an iron or organ type of taste? In other words, can you tell you're eating blood? I notice you also ate intestines. Have you tried the American style of intestines, or as we call them here in the south, chitterlings?
Every Morcilla flavor is similar but has an unique flavor from town to town due to every good butchery having their own recipes and special touchs ;) I highly recommend to taste them everytime you ask for asado as you might get surprised on the little variations (some more spicy, other more smooth in texture). I'm so glad you've enjoyed it. Hugs from Argentina!

For starters, your chinchulines are overcooked, they shouldnt be chewey but crispy onthe outside and soft inside. So is the blood sausage which i see is a little dry because it should melt as you cut through it. The kidneys are also dry and overcooked, they should be tender and almost pink inside and juicy. OMG! The meat is dry and so overcooked too! It looks likwe you are having leftovers! Please dont think that is the real Argentinian asado! I´m ashamed and so dissapointed. I bet you paid top dollar too, i´m truly sorry in the name of all Argentinian cooks.
Audrey. Be careful with your heart and your liver eating too much meat, desserts and carbs can also affect your blood pressure and your blood sugar. You are young and you can process all that food but once you reach 40 your body starts telling you another story.
Audrey you ate nothing compared to a brazilian churrasco!! I thought you were served small portions.. here you eat as much as you can for around U$20/30 per person plus salad and Japanese buffet in general( no wines/soft drinks/juices included).
Comparing Argentinian meat with Brazilian Meat should be a sin, Brazilian Meat is horrible ... when i went to your country i had to eat only fish hhahah
Tourist trap, for argentinian standards, the parrillada was below average. The tripe and kidney was dry and overcooked, good for the gringos that don't know what to expect. What I don't understand, they've eaten hundreds of parrilladas, are they amnesic?

They need a thesaurus.Packed with flavor is becoming a catch phrase with them.
I’m more of a good cuts of meat guy! Not into intestines, kidneys and blood sausage. Glad you guys enjoyed your meal!
Thanks Scott! I would have to say that as well but some of those were interesting to try.
Canadians visit the st. Joseph oratory built by st. Andre bessette if you’re looking for miracles.
Thanks for sharing.
Something must have changed in Argentina’s beef industry. We went there and had the most dry and over cooked steaks anywhere.
You actually have a perfect rioplatense accent. I am wondering if you are not Argentines living abroad and doing this, roflmao.
The secret with the kidney is to cover it with chimichurri and(or) lemon.
Thank you! Appreciate the tip.
I watch your videos only because of Audrey.
Did you get a bit drunk 😜
LOL, I think it was more the meat sweats than anything! 🤪
Ewww I'm not into organ either. I m also a texture person. The non organ meat looked great.
THank you! THe classic cuts were delicious.
It’s PARRISHA😜
;)
@@samuelandaudrey - You guys are dears. Your videos are real, full of information and food. I lived in Argentina for 12 years. I am a U.S. Citizen. WE need to talk. Email me. TruthHerald@comcast.net. Tenemos que hablar!
I ate blood sausage as a kid...kidneys, etc etc. I know I would not eat blood sausage today.
mmm, good thing you guys didn't jump on the vegan fad
Food in Argentina is soooo good!
Too much meat is bad for your health. You should eat more fruits and vegetables. However, I like the Argentine countryside.
That is true Stephen. We're eating a lot of fruit and veggies in our apartment.
We have meat even in our soup!
Not a very good idea to go with that expensive camera on your hands on plain sight of everybody in Argentina
We've had no issues traveling in Argentina with our cameras. However, we don't film at night.
English speakers return to the rosary prayed daily. This may be the only call you get in your life. Take advantage of it, it’s really worth it. Also, read st. Mathew, st. Mark, st. Luke and St. John 10-15 minutes daily. The signs of the second coming of Christ are already out there.
?
You guys speak so slow in spanish and so fast in English!, jajaja just saying jaja
Hahaha...I feel the opposite is true because I'm still learning Spanish ;)
You are young and you can process all that food but once you reach 40 your body starts telling you another story.
thanks for the concern. We do need to stay on top of our health.
Audrey you ate nothing compared to a brazilian churrasco!! I thought you were served small portions.. here you eat as much as you can for around U$20/30 per person plus salad and Japanese buffet in general( no wines/soft drinks/juices included).
We got to try some in Rio a few years ago. It was delicious and we definitely left stuffed...haha
Where do you recommend we try next time?
