Gated community plots are total waste. Waste of maintenance for all amenities. No appreciation. People not ready to give extra 1000rs per sqft just for amenities. Developers need not to be famous, with correct title is enough to buy / sell any property. Not only upper / upper middle class are investing. Everyone is jnvesting now.
Was a very very good investment in 2022. Prices have all appricated now. If you already own a plot, please hold. If your going to buy something now, better you look at some new options in a similar market. I just purchased something in pudupakkam myself. Please reach out to me for details
