Has some interesting design features but needs to be on a much larger lot. In Australia it's illegal to call a room without a window a 'bedroom'. No helpers accommodation shown. Hopefully it can be customised.
Hi Julius...it seems the big bedroom in the ground floor is the Master's... I'd really prefer to have the Master's at the second floor but it seems the design of the second floor rooms (wherein they are all so small to be a Master's) - is final and left with no chance for a renovation or re-development?..or is it? Great house tour and as always... so professionally presented Julius! More Power!
