I tried doing this in vanilla Solar System Scope with the default settings on iOS, and I have confirmed that this is fake. This is most likely a modded version of the app. The farthest you can zoom is 203,884 LY (light years), which is well over double the diameter of the Milky Way. This could be a joke video, but it is impossible to reach 100B+ LY, since our universe is approx. 93-95 billion LY in size. That would only be possible if our universe expanded to that point. Sorry for "ruining the joke", but this is *NOT* a real video. It could be a mod, which is only possible on Android, unless you jailbreak your iOS device. Not even with premium would you be able to zoom out THAT MUCH.
TL;DR - The video is fake, I tried it. Most likely a modded instance.
