How do you activate the bass up mode?
You can activate it by holding the volume down and power button for one second. That should work. Let me know if it did the trick!
Bought a pair and they're great but sadly the price went up to 46.00 Dollars .

That sucks man. Anker has a 1 year warranty. You can call them and get a replacement mailed to you. I suggest you do that. I did it when I dunked mine in the bathtub 😭 and got a new pair sent to me. Let me know if it works!
