@@kayn592kayn is a champion that fully counter builds into the enemy there is never a base set of stuff you go but if going red kayn you want to force form early (building counter boots to fight more extended fights) and because red kayn is the best early form you go with late game runes so you permanently out scale everyone so conqueror, gathering storm, last stand or giant slayer, bloodline or tenacity and overgrowth

Why does Red Kayn have red runes? They are the best?Furthermore, Red Kayn doesn't do vampirism like Lee Sin, Hecarim, Wukong
You can use yellow runes if you want but most of the time you just run the blue Kayn runes and just play whatever form you get
