In 2009 his first and only book was published ( he died in 2010) and it is still selling on Amazon.

And last try to get a better paying job and put 10% of your income on a good dividend growth stock for your retirement , For example ETF SCHD .. Everyone tells me how much happier, laid back and younger I feel.....I no longer think about work outside of work hours. Its scary to jump like everything in life... but it's also amazing how easily we adapt in life when we force ourselves....

Congratulations on #200! We are working on making our dreams come true. Yesterday we gathered the metal on our property up and recycled it. Next week we'll be spreading the stones for our parking area and wrapping our garden. Our peach and pear trees are growing. I picked out the siding for our house. By next year we should be living up there.

Iv been trying to figure out what I want to do and used to do TH-cam a long time ago (my main one I lost the password to log in and can't ever seem to retrieve it) and you reminded me how much I used to enjoy doing the content. It wasn't ever to gain anything except to share things and enjoy experiences... eventually life took over being an "adult" and working shit jobs and my passion got lost. I also gained lots of weight due to health issues and felt too self conscious to be on film.
