    Manila is not the only city in the Philippines undergoing massive business, commercial n residential developments....Cebu, Iloilo, Bacolod, Davao are some of the cities outside Manila that has undergone developments....in MetroManila aside from BGC, there are Rockwell, Eastwood city, MOA n Aseana city, Ortigas center, Capitol Commons in Pasig city, Greenfield district along Shaw blvd., Filinvest city, Newport city near the airport n the newest developmt in Quezon City which is Vertis North....

    That's not a bubble!! That's one of the financial districts of manila!! It's but normal that financial districts are the most developt area of any city in the world!!! In fact they are building off the manila bay a another business district 2 to 3 times bigger than bgc!! For completion on 2029

    Bgc is somehow drvelop differently as compare to other cities in luzon, visayas and mindanao. The city has arts as well hope you like arts on the whole.

    HI Manny..😀 Thanks for this great look at Manila... its very impressive.. especially the mini "Times Square"..🌹 Is Manila expensive and do they take dollars or do you have to exchange? Is English spoken a lot since they have close ties to United States? The area you walked is planned out very nice... lots of green space, wide areas to walk 🥀

      Manila is pretty cheap, they don't take US currency but our money goes farther in the Philippines, and English is widely spoken throughout the Philippines. Glad you enjoyed the tour.

      US$ is not that high in value as compared to EURO, Japanese yen
      here in the phil.
      Cost of living in manila or BGC is same as in any western cities

    Theres no such like bgc in metro manila nowadays due to limited area the only might surpass bgc is the many reclamatio to build new cbd in manila bay area where its not hindrance from Naia airport due to height limitation of structures.but outside manila is in cavite the villar city, 1000 hectares..joint venture from foreign investors is the key to be progress faster like chinese and japanese real state investor withbetter urban planning.

      Thank you for letting vlogger know he is not in Manila. He is actually exploring Metro Manila (more formally, the NCR). BGC is not in Manila at all. BGC is in Taguig City.

      Philippines has its own unique, beauty, and architecture, being in BGC feels more like if your in the west or even some parts of NYC where I live, but much better, cleaner and safer than the west. And I know I'm still in PH, anybody who lives or have visited BGC would say the same thing I said, no disrespect to the amazing country of PH.

    Lol BGC is not a bubble in the Philippines. there are alot of developed area in Manila and much cleaner compared to US Major cities i used to lived in LA , San Frans. and San Diego but i would say MANILA is much more developed, and cleaner here in LA there are alot of garbage in the streets and alot of homeless the place is not safe mass shooting are normal here.

    I like that the city looks wealthy, clean, and like a modern city. But don't be fooled. The gap between rich and poor is too severe, and pickpockets still exist. What I dislike the most is the heavy traffic congestion and bad air.

      You just mentioned many other cities in the world. Filipinos are still thankful they live a relatively peaceful life and Filipinos from all over the world can go home any time they want to. That can’t be said of many people.

    BGC is not Manila, it's part of Metro Manila but it is not Manila which is the capital. You're trying to learn the Philippines? Start learning the different cities that make up the metro. You'd be more credible.

      It's my 5th time here in Philippines, and yes I know it's part of Metro Manila, but lots of people call it Manila, and the metro composes of 16 municipalities, so I know the cities that compose metro, im just vlogging and promoting where I travel, not trying to advertise anything

      Grand Hyatt Manila,Shangrila the Fort Manila and Manila American Cemetery are located in BGC,maybe you dont know that during 1700s to 1900 it is part of Manila province so the whole Metro Manila equals Manila by Filipinos and all the people worldwide.
