Ghost orb caught on camera at 307 am

My movement sensor picked this up just after 3 am it happens almost every night, what is it ? But the creapeast thing is it has electro static energy because you can hear it .

If you freeze frame this orb you can actually see it is like a Roswell rod this is the third time this has been witnessed in the house.
