    Sweet project! I truly enjoy watching you! Can you tell me? The two thin mounts. Do you glue the ends together to make the pocket. If so what did you use for glue please? I got 3 tips out of your tutorial. Thanks soooo much! :)

      Thank you so much Maria! I'm glad I can help! I just use clear packing tape to attach the two thin mounts - no glue needed. I'm sure any tape would work :)

      I have two that I use consistently... DIY Paint's Clear Patina - this is the one I use most often. It's thicker than your regular brush on top coat and has a nice satin finish. I also use Fusion's Decoupage & Transfer Gel - this one I use with thicker papers or when the surface I'm applying to is textured. It's a gel but it brushes on smoothly without the 'gluey' feel of some other products.
