Just bought this and your video showed me exactly how to use it. Just bought a Bissell in 2020 that I used maybe 5 times on carpets that already went bust. Sadly these things don't last much beyond 2/3 years. Not like the old days where things were made to last! Hope this one is lighter, easier and just as good! Thanks for your help!

Had a Bissell upholstery cleaner from 2020 and the hose just ripped causing suction loss and water leakage also had a Bissell steam mop that lasted about 3 years too. It’s so hard to find something made with quality nowadays.

Thank you for making this video and you are helping a great deal. I am just opening my cleaner, and yes that fill line statement is confusing. It should say, pour solution in next after the water, until the level of the liquid goes to the solution line, or give a measurement😊 why did they make it so confusing🤦🏽‍♀️. Well I'll write again after using my cleaner with the help of your instructions.😊
